No se aceptan devoluciones de libros con señales de uso, abiertos o manipulados, salvo defecto de fabricación.
Los costos de envío por cambio o devolución correrán por cuenta del cliente, salvo error atribuible a la Empresa.
En caso de defectos de impresión o daño comprobado de fábrica, se procederá con la reposición del ejemplar o, si no es posible, con la devolución del dinero.
